About me

I’m Kay, a bridal coach with 15+ years of experience in the wedding industry — from managing iconic venues across London and the South East, to running my own wedding cake business, to being the calm in the chaos on hundreds of wedding days.

But what I do now? It goes beyond timelines and tipis…

You’re Planning a Wedding — But It Doesn’t Feel How You Thought It Would?

There’s the excitement, of course. The Pinterest boards, the dress dreams, the vision of your people in one place. But behind the vision board? …It’s a lot.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, second-guessing every decision.
You’re juggling work, life, family opinions (often loud ones), a partner who’s “chill” about everything, and a budget that doesn’t match your Instagram feed.
You want it to be beautiful. Memorable. Yours.
But right now, it feels like you’re spinning plates and still wondering if you’re doing it “right.”

Here’s the truth: Planning a wedding isn’t just about logistics.
It’s emotional. It’s layered. And it can leave even the most capable women feeling stuck.

That’s Where I Come In

I help brides like you navigate the real stuff:

  • The pressure to please everyone
  • The overwhelm that creeps in at 3am
  • The “why do I feel like I’m losing myself in this?” feeling
  • The frustration of wanting to plan something meaningful, but getting lost in the noise

I work with women who are capable, thoughtful, and stretched.
Women who want their wedding to be a reflection of their values, not a copy-paste of what they “should” do.
Women who don’t need another checklist — they need support, space, strategy, and someone who gets it.

Because I’ve been there.
I planned my own wedding. I DIY’d half of it. I tried to be everything to everyone.
And when the day came? I pulled it off — but I forgot to let myself really feel it.
Afterwards, I felt a crash.

So I got coaching. It changed everything. I used to shut down when things got tough – I’d go quiet, keep it all inside, and end up venting to friends instead of sharing what I honestly felt with my husband. I didn’t realise how much resentment this habit could build. After the coaching I started to open up, even if it felt awkward or vulnerable at first, it gave us both a chance to fix things together. It surprised me – I thought it would be harder, but it brought us closer, and it taught me that marriage isn’t about losing yourself; it’s about creating real partnership, one honest conversation at a time.

Now as a certified women’s coach with One of Many® I bring a powerful coaching toolkit to brides like you. A bride isn’t just the centre of the wedding — she’s the emotional leader of the marriage. I coach women to step into that role with calm, clarity, and confidence.

What Bridal Coaching Looks Like

  • A safe space to talk things through — even the things that feel “silly”
  • Practical support and mindset tools to get you unstuck and feeling good again
  • Clarity about what really matters to you — and permission to plan accordingly
  • Guidance on handling tricky conversations, managing family dynamics, and setting boundaries
  • Tools to shift out of “superwoman mode” and enjoy the process
  • Support not just for your big day — but for the version of you stepping into marriage, leadership, and a new chapter of life

This isn’t just about your wedding.
It’s about how you feel — in the lead-up, on the day, and well beyond.

Because the most powerful thing you can wear on your wedding day isn’t the dress. It’s your presence.
